The Twincer is a single-use, dry-powder inhaler developed for relatively high doses of antibiotics. The design enables the medicine to be diffused very effectively during inhaling. On assignment from the University of Groningen, Indes worked out the design of the Twincer Inhaler in such a way that the product can be manufactured in limited series for clinical trials. This represents a significant contribution towards making the Twincer an attractive inhaler for interested pharmaceuticals.
